Charmies is a brand built by my mother and me. From a young age, I was immersed in uniforms and a commitment to quality. Accompanying my mother to work and events made this business second nature. After being a part of the Belgian army, I helped create Charmies Agency and continued working there throughout my studies. This experience helped me grow personally and professionally, and I witnessed our company evolve into a trusted brand.

After my Office Management and Communication degree, I specialized in P.R., Aviation and Tourism. I admit I was surprised and… very happy to be rewarded by the Jury with the First Prize in Aviation. I have more than 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Team Supervision, with several years in Project Management, Training & Development. My passions are listening to music, playing the piano and enjoying movies.

With more than 35 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the world of cosmetics and luxury, I do have quite some experience. I am, what they say, a real “people manager”. My true strengths are my contact with others and transforming an average team into a high performing team: I have a passion for what I do. I love giving and receiving energy from working with people. Enthusiasm is my driving force. I’m always in a good mood and I love to share it with the whole world !
